FROM NEW YORK CITY, BY TRAIN:
From Grand Central Terminal, take Metro-North on the New Haven line to New Canaan. (You will need to transfer at Stamford station.) At New Canaan, A-1 Car Service has been arranged to make the run back and forth between the train station and the house. This will be an arranged shuttle service, no fares required (If an A-1 cab is not apparent, call Steve at 203-442-3381). Tell the cab driver that you are going to the Aurigemma/Rodriguez Wedding at 35 Quails Trail in North Stamford. You should not need to direct your taxi driver once they leave New Canaan. They will turn left on Elm Street, then right on Weed Street, and then left on Wahackme Road. After that: After 1 mile, turn right on Ponus Ridge Road. Turn left on Cascade Road. Turn right on Woodbine Road. Turn right on Bittersweet Lane. Turn right on Quails Trail. Number 35 will be the second house on the left.
FROM NEW YORK CITY, BY CAR:
Using your preferred method, exit the City northbound to the Hutchinson River Parkway. The Hutch will become the Merritt Parkway. Continue on the Merritt until Exit 35 for High Ridge Road. Turn left onto High Ridge. After a little more than 2.5 miles, turn right on North Stamford Road. Turn left to continue on North Stamford Road, and then turn right up Cascade Road. Cascade will wind around a lot. At the fork, veer left onto Woodbine Road. Turn right onto Bittersweet Lane, and then right again onto Quails Trail. Number 35 will be the second house on the left.
FROM 1-95 & DOWNTOWN STAMFORD:
From 1-95 take Exit 7 onto Elm Street, heading north. Elm will shortly become Grove Street. Grove will then become Strawberry Hill Avenue. After 1 mile Strawberry Hill will become Newfield Avenue. Continue on Newfield for about 3.5 miles. Turn left at Lakeside Drive. Turn right at North Stamford Road, and then turn right again up Cascade Road. Continue on Cascade, following directions from above.
